What They Mean

These are the same "intellectual property rights" that apply to my shareware computer software business. I own these pictures because I took them. You can look at them, but you can't make copies of them and put them on YOUR OWN Web pages without my permission. OTOH, you can have URLs that point to my photographs or Web pages with my photographs. But if you "steal" my work, and I catch you, I'll drag you through the courts … I don't get mad, I get even!

BTW, I have recently reactivated the business name Luminscript, Ltd (dormant since 1975) to advertise my Digital Image Restoration & Archiving Services.
